The room and bathroom were tidy, with a bathtub available, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in quick and easy, and there was convenient parking outside.

Location for our purpose excellent. We were given comfortable room, and despite the location of the hotel close to a busy road, the room was not noisy.

Despite the room small, and the breakfast rather disappointing in quality, we quite enjoyed the experience of staying at this particular Holiday Inn.

Modern hotel & clean, its location is comfortable and absolutely perfect opposite to the shopping complex of Rio Norte. The staff are incredibly nice, managed the parking outside. Would stay here again for a business trip.

My room was modern and practical, with a sleek design, and the location was super convenient, just a stone's throw away from Chamartin station.

It was extremely convienent. We discovered the bus runs right in front of the hotel. The Metro was a 10min walk up the hill. The shopping was on the otherside of the highway but the walk way overpass was path to other side. There was a Cantonese restraunt which was very filling and on same side of highway as hotel. There also was a grocery store (Carrefour) fully outfitted with other shops and resturants.

The breakfast was extremely meger but if lunch is your biggest meal then it would be ok.

It was very close to the airport, and the staff were really nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

It was farther from the metro than I expected, and I also didn't realize that it was outside of the main metro zone, so we had to buy two separate metro tickets- one to get from the metro closest to the hotel to the center, and another to get around the center.

Clean place with all necessary facilities in urban style. Marvellous, excellent location in Alcobendas, next to metro, shops, restaurants.

We had a fairly nice stay at this value for money hotel.

The location in a very industrial area was convenient and unbeatable and there were a shopping centre and a supermarket nearby.

It was very good to stay in the hotel. Room was very clean, hot and comfortable. People very kind and everybody try to help you. If i have to come back to Madrid, I will for sure come back to the Holiday Inn Express Alcobendas

The location of this hotel is great, it's in a central spot on the outskirts 🏙️. Plus, you'll find La Granja subway station right next door, as well as plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. the room here is practical and comes with a kettle for making hot drinks.

This hotel is situated pretty far from the metro station. We stayed there in August, when the temperature raises up to 40 degrees, but there was no drinking water available, even in the bar, in addition to this machine with drinks and snackes in the lobby was out of order, so we had to give little kids Fanta, the only drink we could find. Also this hotel doesn't have transfer, and taxi to the airport cost us about 20-25 euros. Гостиница распологается достаточно далеко от станции метро, примерно 20 минут пешком. Мы останавливались в отеле в августе, когда температура в Мадриде была приблизительно 40 градусов. Хотелось приобрести питьевой воды. Оказалось купить ее в гостинице невозможно. В баре она отсутствовала, один аппарат по продаже воды и снеков в лобби не работал, во втором была доступна только Фанта. В итоге пришлось утолять жажду маленьких детей именно этим напитком. Так же в гостинице отсутствует трансфер в аэропорт. А стоимость такси до гостиницы составляет примерно 20-25 Евро в зависимости от компании.

The place was clean, the staff were friendly, and the room was modern with a sofa in front of the TV, meeting all my needs.

The hotel was clean and comfortable.

We were told the dining room would be opened at 2000. However, when going to it we found a coach party was there and told to come back at 2115. So we had to find somewhere else to eat.

location is close to the airport and there is plenty of free parking.

Rooms are very small. The breakfast menu is very limited. room rates are high compared to the facilities available or location to the city center.
